Psychotherapy/Counselling
I have worked as a nurse/counsellor and was acting ward sister prior to leaving the NHS in 1983. Since then I have been an independent psychotherapist/counsellor. In addition to a well established private practice, I have been a body psychotherapy trainer, a guest lecturer and visiting trainer in a variety of settings. I have been chairperson and involved at council level with a national therapy association.

I have extensive experience in working with most presenting issues and concerns using short term counselling and coaching and longer term psychotherapy.
